• Exterior surveillance cameras are installed at:

  • The front of the house

  • Outside the front door

  • The side of the house

  • The backyard and pool area

• Noise decibel monitors are in place (inside and outside) via Minut, a privacy-safe and Airbnb-approved partner.

• No interior cameras are installed inside the home.

These systems are used solely to ensure safety, prevent unauthorized parties, and monitor compliance with quiet hours. No audio is recorded.

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Confirm your booking

• Communicate with you regarding your stay

• Maintain the security and integrity of the property
